Eugene F. Battisti, Jr. is a principal with Battisti & Ansbro. His practice, of over 25 years, focuses exclusively on family law, domestic relations and juvenile law. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1987, admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994 and admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2006.
Mr. Battisti has extensive litigation and settlement experience in dealing with all aspects of complex contested divorce, including the allocation of parental rights and responsibilities for children, the division of marital assets, spousal and child support issues.
Mr. Battisti is also admitted to the Federal District for the Southern District of Ohio and has represented clients in 51 of the 88 counties in Ohio including, but not limited to, many district Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Battisti received his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983 and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School in 1986.
