- An action can be filed by either parent to establish paternity. This can be filed with Juvenile Court or Administratively through the Child Support Enforcement Agency.
- In the alternative, the father can complete an Acknowledgment of Paternity Affidavit. If the mother does not dispute the fact within 60 days, paternity is established.
