Child Support

Child support is determined by a specific formula taken directly from an Ohio statute. There are three factors considered when establishing child support directly from the guideline calculation: the incomes of the parties, health insurance costs and day care expenses for the minor child(ren). However, there are other specified factors contained in the full text of the child support statute which can be argued on a case by case basis.
